James Franklin Bailey was born on August 5, 1942 in Hopkins County, Texas and passed away on April 8, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Bettie Bailey; brother, Cecil Don Bailey and wife, Wilma Bailey. James is survived by his sons, Jeff Bailey and wife, Linda, Trag Bailey and wife, Terri, Greg Bailey and wife, Wendy and Daniel Dugan; daughters, Debbie Ryan and husband, Tim; Cyndi Collier and husband, Dennis and Leslie Mabry and husband, Marty; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Services will be at 12:30 PM on April 15, 2015 in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
