BALLARD, JAMES A.R. born October 11, 1927 in Alberdeen, MS and passed away May 16, 2010 in Garland, TX. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margie and his brother, Leo Ballard. James is survived by his sons, Robert and Larry; daughter, Carol Cantrell; sisters, Dot Bowers, Bobbie Wilkinson, Louise Clark and Edna Petersen; his brother, Jess Ballard; 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Services will be held at 12:30PM, Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at Restland Wildwood Chapel with interment following immediately in Veterans II at Restland Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00PM – 8:00PM, Tuesday at Restland Funeral Home.
