James S. Bourn was almost 84 years old when he passed from this life on Saturday, May 16, 2020. He was born in Winters Texas in July of 1936. Jim, as he was known, grew up in Fort Worth, graduating from Arlington Heights High Scho Read Obituary
Jim and I met in the mid 50's when he was attending Rice. Although we took different paths in life, we remained friends. I will always remember his kindness and sense of humor and will miss out lengthy chats. My thoughts are with his family and friends.
It is with sadness that I read about Jim. He was an old friend and a super guy. I last saw him for lunch about 6 months ago.
We will all miss Jim.
