Dr. James "Jim" D Caddell's Obituary
Dr. James (Jim) Donald Caddell was born on May 11, 1954, and died November 3, 2018, of pancreatic cancer. Jim graduated from Lake Highlands High School, Southern Methodist University and Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine (TCOM). He was in private practice in Lake Highlands for 27 years with many loyal patients. A devout Christian, Jim became a Stephens Minister sharing God’s love one on one. His passion was volunteering and helping others, both medically and spiritually. He is survived by his sister, Jaclyn (Jackie) Caddell Adams, granddaughter, Jaileigh Briar Jennings, and many aunts and uncles, cousins and friends who loved him deeply. Jim was preceded in death by parents, Jack and Jeanette Caddell and his daughter Jaime Astin Caddell Jennings. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to his granddaughters’ college fund.
