James Clinton Elliott, age 66, a native Texas and resident of Addison, Texas, joined his mother, Marie, his father, Chester, and his brother, Rodney, in heaven on Monday, May 1st.When he wasn’t grilling or mixing a drink while catching the Cowboys, The Masters, or the sunshine by his pool, he was working hard as Chief Estimator at Brandt Engineering in Carrollton, Texas.James loved life and lived it to the fullest. He was a true friend, a dedicated employee, a devoted husband, a loving father, and a warm and enthusiastic grandpa.He is survived by his wife, Karyn; daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Adrian De La Garza; and his three grandchildren, Aaron, Zoey, and Gabby, whom he adored and who miss him with all their hearts.We will celebrate James’ life with a memorial service held at Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas on Sunday, May 6 at 11:00 AM.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243.
