James Michael " Mike" Franklin's Obituary
James Michael “Mike “ Franklin age 74, passed away on Saturday June 10, 2023 in Rockwall, Texas. Mike was born in Palestine, Texas on December 1, 1948 to James & Elwanda Franklin.
Mike graduated from Garland High School in 1967 then furthered his education graduating from University of Texas @ Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
In 1985 Mike & his Dad started Independent Door Company, Inc. in Garland, Texas which he still owned at his death.
Mike is preceded in death by both Parents and Brother-In-Law Bill Jones.
Survived by his Sister Pat Jones - Cousins—and all the wonderful individuals that knew him.
Visitation will be Monday June 19, 2023 6:00 p.m — 8: 00 p.m Service will be Tuesday June 20, 2023 @ 10:00 a.m
