James Felton Gentry, Sr., age 88, was born to parents Rod Allan Gentry and Jesse Gentry on January 12, 1930 in Dallas, Texas. He passed away on the morning of Saturday, May 12, 2018 in Mesquite, Texas. James will be deeply missed by his family, his friends, and all who knew and loved him.The family requests that visiting hours for Mr. Gentry be on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. The funeral service for James Gentry will follow at 3:00 PM in the Wildwood Chapel. Interment will take place after the funeral in the Garden of Prayer at Restland Cemetery.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243.
