James E. Glenn
Born August 30, 1940 in Searcy, Arkansas and passed away February 3, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survived by his wife, Josie Glenn of Dallas; Sons Jim Glenn and wife, Laurie; Ron Glen and wife Kelly; grandchildren Erin Glenn, Christy Glenn, Emily Glenn and Cory Glenn and wife, Jennifer.
James graduated from high school in Pine Bluff, Arkansas and from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas in 1962.
His career took him from Arkansas to California to Texas. His employment with Fischbach and Moore included work in many foreign countries.
James was an avid woodworker and craftsman. He was the family pit master. He loved camping, reading and being with his family.
A memorial service will be in Shipp Chapel at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church 9200 Inwood Road , February 15 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation is February 14 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home.
Following the service there will be a reception in Watson Hall.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to Faith Presbyterian Hospice or to the Alzheimer's Association.
