James Michael Higgins was born on September 17, 1941 in Waxahachie, Texas and passed away June 1, 2015. Preceded in death by his father, James Madison Higgins; mother, Mary Beatrice York Higgins; nephew, John Matthew Higgins. Survived by brother, John Allen Higgins and wife Debra; niece, Anna Laura Higgins; great-nephew, Brent Allen Reagan; aunt, LaVerne Higgins Lewis and many cousins. Service for James Higgins will be held on Friday, June 5, 2015 at 12:00 PM at Restland Memorial Park with a visitation at 11:00 AM. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
