James O. Holden's Obituary
Born September 2, 1927 in Fort Worth and passed away August 11, 2015 in Garland. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elisha Rose Machu Holden Michael and brother Hugh Edward Holden. Jim is survived by his wife of 63 years, Cleo, daughter Deborah Stafford and son-in-law Mark Stafford and son James Edward (Eddy) Holden, and grandson Derek Ray Holden, 2 nieces and one nephew. Jim was a good husband and loving father. He enjoyed woodworking and BBQ, fishing and spending time with his grand-dogs, J-Zee, Bailey and Elliot. Jim’s family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. Services for Jim will take place at 10:00 am on Friday, August 14, 2015 at The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
