Visitation for Mr. James Franklin Horne will be Wednesday, January 25, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. A Service will be Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
