James Phillip Kraus Sr., 84, of Plano, Texas passed away on December 16, 2020 in Sachse, Texas. He was born on November 17, 1936 to Carl Kraus and Mae Kraus in Omaha, Nebraska. He was an Electrical Engineer with Texas instruments and Raytheon. He served in the U. S. Army from 1956 to 1959 as a E-5. James is survived by his sons, James Phillip Kraus Jr. of Sachse, TX and Zachary Kraus of Plano, TX; sister, Paddy Anderson of Corolla, North Carolina; brothers, Lanny Scroggs of Raleigh, North Carolina, and Rick Scroggs of Swansboro, North Carolina.
