James is survived by his cousin, Michael McDonnel; half brother, Milton McDonnell and wife Sally and many other cousins.The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 from 11:00AM to 12:30PM at Restland Funeral Home, with a graveside service to follow at 1:00PM in Restland Cemetery.
