Kagy, James Michael (Mike) Born in Dallas, Texas on January 22, 1950 Passed away in Dallas, Texas on February 16, 2014 Mike lived in Mesquite, Texas with his wife, Linda (Jones) for forty one years. They have one daughter, Shannon Lynn Zimmerman married to Brandon Zimmerman of Dallas. He has two grandchildren, Walton Earl Tallant II of Kyle, Texas and Kelsey Lynn Zimmerman of Dallas, Texas. (They are his pride and joy.) Mike is survived by two sisters, Linda Elwood of Arlington, TX and husband, Judd Elwood, and Sharon Willey of Hampden, ME and a brother, Duward Sumner of Arlington, VA. He leaves behind several nieces, nephews and 1st cousin, Sandy Mathews. Preceded in death by his father, James Benjamin Kagy and his mother, Bennie Margaret “Marjorie” Dorsey. Mike retired from Dallas ISD as a network tech support. He graduated in 1968 from W. W. Samuel High School in Dallas, TX. Mike was a great husband, father and one of the best Pawpaws. Mike leaves several friends.
