Minter, James Ralph born January 21, 1919 passed away on February 20, 2011. James is survived by his sons, James Michael Minter,of Mansfield,and Larry Minter, of Austin; and daughter Dianne LeMasters, of Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Funeral Service will be held at 12:00p.m. Thursday, February, 24, 2011 at Restland Abbey Chapel with a visitation from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. Wednesday, February 23, 2011.
