James Chester Nation, Jr.'s Obituary
James Nation, 65, of Dallas, passed away July 20, 2016 after battling with lung cancer, with his loving family by his side. He was born November 7, 1950 in Paris, Tx. Son of James and Marie Nation. James was married to his loving wife who cherished and loved him dearly, Leonora Nation on November 28, 1972 and they have celebrated over 43 years of marriage together and had 3 wonderful daughters whom he loved more than anything. He lived a simple life just to be surrounded by his family. His family and friends will miss him greatly and will cherish all the many memories that they shared with James. James was loved by many of his family and friends very much. James had a passion to help others in any-way he could, and to make sure his family was loved unconditionally. He loved to BBQ and just sit and enjoy his family. He is survived by his wife, Leonora Nation; 3 daughters, Angela Nation, Kimberly Nation, Jamie Garcia, and son in law Tony Garcia; 9 grand children, Monica, Jacob, Marcella, Tony, Madeleine, Abraham, Meagan, Tyler, and Trevyn; and 2 great grandchildren, Adrian and Nathan. Family will receive friends on Monday, July 25, 2016 from 6-8 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 11 AM in the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted into Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243.
