James Nelson Lin, 30, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, in Tulsa, Oklahoma of heart failure. He was born on Wednesday, March 8, 1989, to his loving and thoughtful parents, Nelson Lin and Margaret Lin in Warsaw, Indiana. He served in the Navy from April 2010 to June 2012. James Nelson Lin will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.He is survived by his parents Margaret & Nelson Lin, Richardson, TX, sister Rebecca Lin, Richardson, TX, brother Caleb Lin, Richardson, TX, grandparents Gracia McDairmant, Warsaw, IN, and Timothy & Mei-HWA Lin, Plano, TX.He was passionate about animals and loved gardening. James was extremely resourceful and enjoyed fixing things. He adored his nieces and nephew and was fiercely committed to his family.Visitation for James Nelson Lin will be held on Friday , April 12, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home.
