James Perry's Obituary
Perry, James W. 50, peacefully passed away August 8, 2008. Born in Robstown, Texas, Jim was raised in Lubbock along with three siblings. A graduate from Coronado High School in Lubbock, he also attended Texas Tech University where he decided to pursue a career in Construction Management. Jim was a Senior Vice President at Pacific Builders, specializing in interior finish out. He was very active in the St. Patrick Community. Jim served as PTA President, a member of the Building Committee, as well as coach of his children’s football and basketball teams. Jim was also Co-President of the Jesuit Football Booster Club. Jim was a loving father, wonderful husband, and an amazing friend. He cherished every moment with his wife and two children. Having never met a stranger, Jim loved being surrounded by his and his children’s friends. He leaves behind his wife of 25 years, Vanessa, daughter, Malorie (22) and son, Jordan (19); mother, Jill Hill and stepfather Don Hill; two brothers, Jeff and wife, Teresa, and Ben; a sister, Cindy Johnson and husband, Steve of Lubbock; and multiple nieces and nephews.
