Words can never describe what James meant to me and our Purdom family. James was more than a very good uncle to me as I also considered him as a good friend. James was a good role model for me growing up as a kid and young man. I had the utmost respect for him. He treated me as if I was his own son. James was a big man in more ways than one since he lived life to the fullest extent. He was fun and entertaining to be around with a great since of humor and he loved for you to come visit him. James lived a long hard working life and had many many stories to tell. Memories of James will always bring a smile to my face !
