My husband and I had known James since 1979 when we moved to Arlington. At the time he was working for Glenn Terrell as an air conditioning tech. Glen, James and David were the only A/C people ever to be in our home the entire time through 2025. We loved James. He was quiet, extremely knowledgeable, always came to help us when our A/C died. Many many times were at night or on holidays. He and David have been part of our family for so very long. We will miss him. He was always professional with his judgement as to what was wrong. We never questioned his assessment of our a/c. He installed at least 2 a/c system. To his family, please know what a respected business owner he was. I will miss him each and every time we have an a/c problem. What memories you must have!!! Thank you for sharing him with us.

I convinced James to take a trip to London over the Millennium. Explored the city for a week. We spent 1999 New Year's Eve on the bank of the Thames river. Watching an incredible fireworks display being shot off from boats on the river. Just one memory of many we shared.
