WILLIAMS, JAMES “JIMMY” ROBERT was born on December 9, 1961 in Alhambra, California and passed away on April 23, 2014 in Celina, Texas. He is survived by parents, Bob and Liz Williams; step-parents, Alexia Williams and Alice Williams; and 11 brothers and sisters. All are welcome at Restland Funeral Home for visitation Sunday, April 27, 2014 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be private for family only.
