ROWLAND, JAMES C. “J.C.”, Born August 1, 1946 in El Dorado, AR and died November 12, 2007 in Richardson. He is preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow C. and Jessie Lamar Rowland. He is survived by wife, Judy Rowland; daughter, Lesley Rowland; son, Jason Rowland; family pet, C.J.; and brother, Larry Rowland. Memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
