James Ernest Salsbury, age 79, was born to loving and thoughtful parents Edna Stover Salsbury and Willis Salsbury on September 2, 1941 in Patterson, Iowa. He passed away in the late evening hours of Friday, September 20, 2019 in Richardson, Texas. James is survived by his wife, Margaret Salsbury; and four children, Mike Salsbury, David Salsbury, Jason Salsbury, and Laura Weigant.
