James Edwin Seale's Obituary
SEALE, JAMES EDWIN Born on September 29, 1923 in Nacogdoches, Texas; departed into the arms of the Lord on February 23, 2014 in Allen, Texas. James “Jimmy” Seale was the youngest son of Arthur A. Seale and Elizabeth Norwood Seale. Jimmy served on the Friends Board of Stephen F. Austin University School of Music, supported the arts in Nacogdoches, delivered Meals on Wheels, and enjoyed traveling around the world with family and friends during his retirement. A uniquely kind soul, Jimmy will be deeply missed by all of his family and friends. After 20 years of physical separation from his wife, Rita, he is finally dancing with her in heaven. Jimmy is survived by his children, Don Seale, Sally Ballis and Cynthia Cook; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; cousin, Susan Bryan of Tyler, Texas and numerous lifetime friends. A celebration of his life will be held at Noon on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Grace Church, 2005 Estates Parkway in Allen. Additional memorial services will be held in Nacogdoches in March 7, 2014. We are eternally grateful for the outpouring of support received by friends and community members. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made “in Memory of James Seale” to Christ Episcopal Church in Nacogdoches, TX.
