Jim Sutton had class, integrity and the moral compass of an honorable man. We had many good times through the years …. Laughing, partying and simply living life out loud! The last days I visited with him at Baylor, we both knew he had a battle ahead. Surrounded by pictures of his precious family, a commitment to fight and the unconditional love of so many of us … he undertook his battle with such dignity and always injecting His brand of humor. He made all of us appreciate life. We talked about a lot of things during those visits, but I will always remember his saying he wished he had a lot of money….. He would love to give it away. So giving, so generous not only with his time and money, but with his ability to make you feel you were so important. I will miss our Holiday meetings at LaMad. Stan & Jim talking polltics and the economy & Laurann & I talking about our children and our grandchildren. Jim leaves a hole in our hearts for now, but will soon be plugged with the incredible memories we made through the years. We love you Jim, you made this world a better place with every breath you took. We are proud to call you "friend" Jan
