James Fadie Williams' Obituary
James F. Williams, Jr., affectionately known as Dado and Grandpa, passed away January 26, 2013 in Dallas, Texas. He was born February 2, 1928. James served in the United States Navy in World War II. He moved to Dallas in the late 1950s, where he met his wife, Margaret McLarty, with whom he shared over fifty wonderful years. He was preceded in death by Margaret, his parents, two brothers, Clyde Williams and Tennie Williams, and step-daughter, Linda Dickson. He is survived by his sister, Evelyn Elliot of Florida, his four children, James F. Williams III of Oregon; Libby Seaman of Dallas, Texas; Joey Williams and Connie Lopez, both of Hawaii; two step-daughters, Sandra Belcher and Margaret Sue Solomon, both of Dallas, Texas; nineteen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was a source of strength, love, and guidance to all who knew him. May those who passed on before him rejoice upon seeing him again. The viewing will be Thursday, February 7, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery in Dallas. A graveside memorial service will be held Friday, February 8, 2013 at 3:00 PM. Honorary pallbearers are James F. Williams III, Joey Williams, Dick Williams, David DeGraff, William Plesnarski, Charles Belcher, John Seaman, Guy Seaman, and James Brayden Warren.
