Jane Fulton Bee's Obituary
Jane F. Bee, ninety eight and one half years old, of Plano, Texas, passed away after a brief illness on July 25, 2021. Jane was born in Danville, West Virginia on December 19, 1922. She was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Simmons Bee and her son, John Frederick Bee. Jane was a loving wife and mother, dedicated to her family. She is survived by her children, Phyllis Jane, Daniel Simmons (spouse Liz), Beatrice Ann, and Eva Kathryn. Her beloved grandchildren are Denise Michele, Michael Anthony, and Elizabeth Simmons, and great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Madeline E. Damer of Carmel, Indiana and Mary F. Johnson of Fairfax Station, Virginia.
Jane was one of the beautiful sisters growing up in a family of seven children in West Virginia. Jane loved to dance and was one of the best. Jane was a caring, loyal and devoted homemaker to her husband and her five children. During her lifetime she was proud of working for the state of West Virginia processing unemployment checks. She handled the accounting for her husband in his business and in later years enjoyed real estate sales. She was an active and avid gardener who had the proverbial “green thumb”.
A celebration of her long life will be held at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243. Her viewing will be on August 2, 2021 from 3:00PM until 5:00PM. Her funeral service will be held in the Memorial Chapel at Restland on August 3, 2021 at 10:00AM.
