Jane Phung Chen's Obituary
Jane Phung Chen, of Plano, Texas, passed away on Wednesday night, January 21, 2026, in Plano, Texas. She will always be remembered as a loving mother to all that knew and loved her.
She was born on February 2, 1959, in Saigon, Vietnam to mother Zinh Phong and father Hoi Ngan. Jane was a loving wife to Quinn, a doting mother to Howard, a proud MaMa to Annabelle and Andrew, and a devout sister in Christ. Jane is survived by sister Janet Ha of Plano, sister Judy Ngan and brother Va Phung of El Monte. She is also survived by her son Howard Chen and grandchildren Annabelle and Andrew Chen of Plano Texas. She was preceded in death by father mother Zinh Phong and brother Sang Ngan.
The visitation will be held from 4 – 8 o’clock p.m. on Friday February 6, 2026, at Restland funeral home in Dallas. The Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. at St Andrew Methodist Church's Hasley Chapel in Plano. Burial following around 12pm at Restland Funeral home on Saturday February 7, 2026.
