Jane S. Henning, started the race on June 13, 1932 in Wichita, Kansas and crossed the finish line on January 29,2017 on a course through California, New Orleans, Colorado, New York, Houston and Dallas for the last 47 years. Preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Erma Schroeder, husband Ormond, and first grandchild Faris Ann. Survived by children Huck Henning, Mike and Ginger Henning, Pete Henning, Tim and Rhonda Henning , Ann and Richard Uselton, 6 grandchildren, Hannah Uselton, Ashton Henning, Sam Uselton, Emily Uselton, Taylor Henning, and Austin Henning, and most beloved cousin Aggie Esteve. Never complained (had reasons to), glass always half full (even when it wasn’t), laughed throughout life (to the end). Never took more than she gave. Fought the good fight. Remained the loyal and faithful servant. Loved her King and Savior, Jesus and knew His voice. Can rest knowing we’ll all join up again. No services have been scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted into Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas, 75243.
