She was born to Anton Evans Hill and Mabel Claire Zachary-Hill on November 20, 1932 in Hollywood, California. Janet was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School 1951, also attended Texas Womens University. Preceeded in death by husband Joseph R. Mejerle Sr. Janet leaves her son Joseph R. Mejerle Jr & spouse Laura Lee Mejerle, daughter Annette Mejerle-Jeffress & spouse Tommy Joe Jeffress, daughter Lisa Mejerle-Law & spouse Freddy Law, grandchildren Claudia Mejerle-Rogers & spouse Brad Rogers, Meredith Mejerle-Rush & spouse John Rush, Nathan Mejerle, Jessica Law-Zumstein & spouse Will Zumstein, Rexann Jeffress, Ashley DeArmond, TJ Jeffress & spouse Dana Jeffress, great-grandchildren Cooper Zumstein, Bristol Zumstein and Anthony Jeffress. She will be sincerely missed by her loving family, devoted friends and by all the individuals who knew and loved her.Graveside services for Ms. Janet Claire Hill-Mejerle will be held Friday November 9, 2018 at 11:30 at Restland Memorial Park in Section O.
