Janie A. Peterson's Obituary
Janie Alene Peterson, 91, of Irving Texas passed away Thursday, May 2, 2024, at Baylor Scott & White medical center.
Janie was born February 4, 1933, in Hayes County, Nebraska to Randall Radar and Louise (Fielding) Radar. She was a graduate of Hayes County High School. She went on to study fashion at an art school in Chicago, Ill. She later married Charles Peterson and moved to Irving, Texas where she became a homemaker. Janie loved to sketch, doodle, read and do crosswords. Her family knew her for the best French toast around.
Janie is survived by her three children, Mitchell Allen Peterson (Lisa) of Littleton, Colorado. Jon Roland Peterson (Jenith) Coppell, Texas and Amy Jo Bartels of Irving, Texas; seven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be on Monday May 13th at 2:00 pm at Restland Funeral Home Wildwood Chapel.
