Janis Yvonne Knight
March 15, 1963 – June 26, 2021
Of Garland, Texas was called to home by our Heavenly Father at the age of 58.
In her new life, Janis now joins her:
Parents: Asuncion “Chong” Santos Knight and Albert V. Knight
Maternal Grandparents: Senator Jesus Camacho Santos and Ana Flores Diaz Santos
Paternal Grandparents: Thomas James Knight and Betty Estelle Watson Knight
Janis will be lovingly remembered in the hearts of her:
Sisters/Spouses (Nephews/Nieces): Sue Sundin (Billy and Laurie Sundin), Linda Gibbins (Drew Henry,
Michael Knight and Gary Steward Tina and Alton Adams+ (Brandy and Marc Smith and Mindi and Sean
Bone) and Vicki Lyn Santos Knight Schilling (Christian Schilling)
Great Nephews/Nieces: Samantha and Amdana Sundin, Dylan Hubbard,Michael Knight Jr., Makayla
Khun, Triston Steward, Austen and Brenden Smith, Tyler, Madison, and Mason Bone. Janis will also be
greatly missed by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Mass Christian burial will be celebrated at 130 p.m. on July 2, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in
Richardson, Texas
Interment will follow at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas, where we will bid Janis farewell.
