Jaquita Carol Murray's Obituary
Jaquita Carol Murray, nee Turner, was born in Garland, Texas on August 8, 1951 and arrived at her heavenly home on January 9, 2020, a surprise to all but the good Lord Himself.
To know her was to know a boundless compassion, an infectious laugh, and an unwavering faith in God and His goodness.
She loved everyone, always, no matter what. Her love of helping others saw her pursue a career in nursing where she was a soothing, calming presence to countless souls. Her love of others readied her to join her husband in pastoral ministry, where she had a warm hug, an encouraging word, and a helping hand.
She has been reunited with loved ones who preceded her in death: her loving parents Kenneth and Rosalee Turner, sister Joyce Stolz, and brother Harliss E. Turner. She is survived by her loving husband Rev. Kenneth M. Murray, Kenneth M. Murray, Jr. "Marty", Jamie Murray, Kenneth M. Murray, III "Trey", and Elaina Faith Murray; her sisters Dee Burns and Linda Wood; nephews and nieces John R. Stolz, Jr., Sabrina Joyce Stolz, E. Jared Turner, April Turner Zotz, Jaimy Wood Smith, and Jason D. Wood; and a host of loved ones and dear friends.
While she wouldn’t want us to make too much of a fuss, loved ones and friends are invited to gather together on (insert day, date, location) to grieve the pain of her absence and rejoice that she has finished her race and has received her reward.
