Jason Colte Grimes' Obituary
Jason Grimes was born May 9th, 1983 in Dallas, Texas. Jason was a son, father, and loyal friend. He is survived by mother Lisa Wood, father Henry Grimes, daughter Macie, son Knox, uncles Tom, Mark, Craig, Glenn and aunt Julie, grandmother Juanita Griffith and numerous cousins. Preceded in death by grandmother Martha Wood. Jason had a larger than life personality and people were instantly drawn to him. He had a great passion for sports, motorcycles, electronics, drawing, the great outdoors and was a worthy scrabble opponent. He approached everything in life with a curiosity and desire to master those things that interested him. Oscar Wilde said “To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people just exist” Jason fully lived every moment in his short time on earth and was loved dearly by all that knew him. Services will be Wednesday, July 12th at 2:30 PM in The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
