Jason Michael Heath's Obituary
Born November 11, 1970 in Mountain View, California and passed away October 21, 2014 in Dallas, Texas. He is preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Susan Taylor. Jason is survived by his wife, Latrice Guinn Heath, his four daughters: Mary, McKenzie, Macee, and Madison, his father, Gerald E. Heath Jr., his brother, Gerald E. Heath III, and an abundance of family and friends. Jason’s family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm, Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. Memorial Service for Jason will take place at 10:00 am, Thursday, October 30, 2014 at The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75238.
