Jean M. Anderson's Obituary
Jean M. Anderson, 86, went to be with her Lord on September 1, 2017. She was a lifelong resident of Garland, Texas and a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Garland, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, L. Glenn Anderson. She is survived by her son, Randal G. Anderson of Houston, Texas and her daughter and son in law, Karen and Randy Caplinger of Rowlett, Texas; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was an avid baseball and football fan, she loved the Chicago Cubs, Atlanta Braves and her hometown, Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys. She was never focused on material things. Her entire life was dedicated to her family. She played a larger role in raising all four of her grandchildren, who knew her as “Nana”. Graveside service to celebrate Jean’s life will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2017, at 11:00 AM in the evergreen garden at Restland Memorial Park.
