Bruce, Larry, Rex and Family: Your Mom was in many ways a very special person. She had to be to raise you three! What a great job she did! She was always very welcoming to me and Ada. We would never leave her house hungry. She made me feel like I could have been her fourth son. We had the distinct pleasure of knowing Mrs. Billings through her sons, Rotary gatherings and church. Never have we known a more upbeat person who always had a smile and offered friendly words everyone she met. Somehow she stopped aging after 70!
