Jean Ethel Dixon
April 27, 1935 – August 20, 2022
Jean Ethel Dixon, age 87, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 20,2022. She is survived by her eldest son, Jay Miller, his wife, Melissa, and her grandchildren Zachary and Savannah.
A native of Toronto Canada, Jean moved to the United States and began her lifelong adventure traveling the country for her career in the hotel and later, commercial laundry businesses. She met her husband, Robert Dixon and was happily married for 32 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert and her youngest son, Jon Eric Miller.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who spoiled her pets, loved all things angels, and had an avid collection of dolls. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
Jean will be interred in the Abbey Mausoleum at Restland Cemetery in Dallas, Texas at a private burial. Donations can be made in Jean’s name to the American Heart Association and The Wounded Warrior Project.
A memorial service and celebration of her life is being planned for a later date.
