Ms. Jean Falls, 95, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 16, 2019, in Plano, Texas. She was born on Wednesday, May 23, 1923, to her loving and thoughtful parents, Ernest c. Clayton and Helen Keegan in Scotland.
