Jean Flynn went to the Lord on December 20, 2023
Born May 30, 1939, in Vandalia Illinois to Myron and Dorthy Hamilton
Married Bryce Flynn on November 22, 1958, in Belleville Illinois before moving to Dallas Texas in 1965.
Jean and Bryce lived 25 years in Garland Texas, where they raised 3 children in a loving Christian home. After a brief time out of state Jean and Bryce return in 1998 to Wylie Texas, where they became active members of First Baptist Wylie (Cross Church).
Jean was a Christian, a loving wife, mother and Grandmother but she was also an artist- oil painter, wood sculptor, a singer, and writer of music and novels. She loved her rose garden, her birds, the bunny that lives under the shed, and all the animals her kids brought home. Jean was very proud to be a member on of the DAR- Daughters of the American Revolution. She loved to watch Friday night football, and of course loved her Cowboys.
Jean is survived by Husband Bryce Flynn of Wylie, Daughter Laura Reynolds- Husband Scott Reynolds of Lone Oak, Daughter Cynthia Beck- Husband John Beck of Keller, Grandson JW Owens- Partner Heather Kretzschmar, Step Granddaughter Sky Homechanh husband Johnny Homechanh; Great Grandchildren Erin, Jeremy, Braydon, and Melody. Sisters Carol Jones and Sharon Meza. Plus many Nieces, nephew and cousins. Jean was proceeded by death Son Tony Flynn; Parents Myron and Dorthy Hamilton.
