Mom trusted Christ as her Savior in Miami, FL., when she had taken me to the University of Miami's Eye Institute. I had had various issues with my eyes from a young age and Mom and Dad had been through alot, trying to find out what was wrong. The head of the School of Opthomology, Dr. J. Lawton Smith, consulted with her after all the tests were done and then shared the Gospel with her. Once she recognized she was a sinner in need of God's grace, she prayed, repenting of her sins and trusting Christ to save her. After that she became a serious student of the Bible. Through these events and the neighborhood Bible studies, our entire family came to faith in Christ. It is with these memories that we are assured of and rejoice in knowing where Mom is. David Mason.
