Jeanne Ngoc Thi Tran, devoted wife and loving mother, passed away on Friday, January 13, 2017. She was born on October 11, 1929 in Can Tho, Vietman and was a resident of Garland, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents. Jeanne was a warm and giving person and quite the “proper” lady. She will always be remembered for being well dressed and every hair in place, every time she went out. Her visitation will be held on Sunday and Monday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM each day.
