Jeanne Wallis' Obituary
Jeanne Wallis, born November 11, 1907 in Dallas, went to be with her Savior on February 12, at age 100. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother, she is survived her daughters, Carol W. Goetschius and Gloria W. Troth, her grandchildren, Gloria Crawford, Catherine Vazquez, Amy Carle, Carrie Turzak, Scott Berendzen and John Berendzen, and thirteen great- grandchildren and her sister, Gloria D. Ross. Jeanne was a member of Scofield Memorial Church, Dean of Women’s at Dallas Bible College, and enjoyed teaching a women’s Bible study in Ferris, Texas, for a number of years. Service will be held at 4 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home in the Memorial Chapel, on Monday February 18, 2008 with Pastor Emeritus Neil Ashcraft officiating and Rev. David Goetschius assisting. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Memorial gifts may be made to Central American Mission or Scofield Memorial Church.
