Jeff Quillen's Obituary
Jeff Quillen was a deeply loved and well respected father, son, and friend. He was a known Aggie, and a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan. He loved watching all sports, and playing golf, softball, and bowling. He was also inherently kind, gentle, and accepting to everyone he met, warming the earth with generosity and love. To his children, he was a hero of the highest standard, and an immaculate example for ourselves and the generations to come. His four daughters and only son would say he perfected being a father, always teaching and leading with acceptance, understanding, and unconditional love. As a Christian man with a character of gold and a strong faith, Jeff has been welcomed into the arms of Jesus to live in an eternity of light. Those of us who knew and loved him have felt grief and loss at his passing, and although it feels much too soon, we are glad to be assured that he is happy and strong in the place where saints go.The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Buckingham United Methodist Church.Funeral arrangements have been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, which is located at 13005 Greenville Avenue, at the intersection of Restland Road and Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243, and can be reached at (972)238-7111.
