Jeffrey Stephen Parker, born August 24, 1991 in Dallas, entered into rest January 28, 2017 in Plano. He is survived by his daughter, Ryleigh Anne Parker; mother Jennifer Pacheco; father, Harold Parker; brother, Eric Parker; sister, Erin Karl; fiancée, Alexa Rodriguez; grandparents, Dolores Moore, Robin and Bill Ingle; aunts and uncles, Jeff and Jenny Moore, and Jenny and Javier Tamez; and so many other loving cousins and friends. Jeffrey was a loving, energetic, selfless young man. He was an amazing son, brother, friend, and devoted father. His bright spirit and energy touched so many people. I know he will watch over and protect all of us from above. I will miss you deeply my beautiful boy. Thank you for bringing so much love and happiness to my life and everyone you knew. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 3, 2017 from 6 to 8 P.M. at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 12:30 P.M. in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland. Interment to follow at Laurel Land Memorial Park, Dallas.
