Jennifer Lynn Brown's Obituary
Jennifer Lynn Brown passed away in Plano, Texas on December 17, 2024. She was born in Dallas, Texas on August 10, 1977, to David and Hazel Brown. She was adored by her parents, her younger sister Lori and her aunts and uncles. With her bright and engaging smile, Jenny was always ready to entertain her aunts, uncles and cousins with an acting performance. As she grew up, she participated in children’s theatre. She enjoyed singing and performed at neighborhood events. As an adult, she recorded music under the stage name Kelli Tyler.
Jenny attended Fairhill School and graduated from Lutheran High School in 1996, then later attended the University of North Texas. Her career included working as a travel agent and mastering her barista skills at Starbucks.
Jenny was the mother of two beautiful daughters, Isabel Fagan and Aubrey Fagan.
Jenny was an avid television fan. One of her favorite shows was the Dark Shadows television series, a hobby she shared with her father. Jenny attended several reunion events and treasured her friendships with the actors and fans of the series.
Jenny researched her family genealogy and enjoyed visiting the towns where her ancestors lived and paying her respects at the cemeteries where they are memorialized. A highlight was visiting the ancestral home of her great-great grandfather. She collected and organized old family pictures into scrapbooks.
Jenny was preceded in death by her father, David Brown. She is survived by her daughters Isabel and Aubrey Fagan, her mother and stepfather Hazel and Jon Bailey, her sister and brother-in-law Lori and Kurt Malthaner, her nieces Kate and Ava Malthaner and her aunts, uncles and cousins.
A private time of remembrance will be held for the family at Restland Cemetery where Jenny will be entombed in the family crypt.
