Jenny Loi's Obituary
Our beloved mother Jenny Loi has left this world and be with our Lord on January 27, 2022. Jenny is survived by her loving Husband, Pat Loi, four children and five grandchildren. She was born in Vietnam on August 8, 1940 and happily married to Pat for 61 years.
Jenny was a beautiful and hardworking lady who helped her husband established a successful high-end jewelry business while raising up four young children. Her exceptional beauty was often mistaken as an actress at the time. Even though she did not have a chance to complete her desired education, she was a quick learner and eager to learn new skills and languages. She had learned the knowhow of running a jewelry business, sewing, cooking, baking, and taught herself different languages. She also homeschooled her children after the war while trying to keep the family warm and fed. After coming to the States, she worked diligently as a seamstress to continue raising her family.
Jenny was often remembered by her delicious dishes that she made for her family, friends, and church fellowship groups. She found joy in sharing her cooking skills with her children and grandchildren. While she was able, she cooked for her children, their spouses, and grandchildren every Saturday, and that become our big family tradition to meet on every Saturday.
Even though we will all miss Jenny very much, but we found comfort in our Lord Jesus Christ that she is currently free of sickness and pain, and we will meet her again in Heaven. We are certain that she is very happy and learning new things in Heaven, and she will always be remembered and remain in our hearts.
