CHANDLER, JEREMY C. Born June 13, 1974 and passed away September 9, 2009 in Dallas, TX. Jeremy honorably served his country in the United States Navy. He was employed by Baylor Hospital of Carrollton as a Reports Analyst for the past 5 years. He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and his uncle, Sam Chandler. Jeremy is survived by his parents, John and Sheila Chandler; uncles, Joe Jeter, Jon Jeter, Jim Chandler, Vernon Chandler, Adam Chandler; cousins, James Chandler and Jamie Chandler Watts and his special friends, Skylar and Trixie. We would like to extend our special thanks and gratitude to “Jeremy’s Baylor Family.” “Your laughter, your smile, your wit, your passion, your kindness, and your humor will all be missed…till we meet again.”
