Jeremy Henry Lee was born on December 17, 1981 in Rochester, NY to Percy
“Roy” and Marilyn Haye Lee. He graduated from Edison Technical High School in 2001 and went on to enlist in the U.S. Army for 15 years. His service included tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Jeremy was very proud of his service to his country and was decorated for his performance in combat.
While in high school Jeremy met LaToya Dunmore and they were inseparable for the past twenty years. In 2012 they moved from Rochester, NY to Dallas, TX and in September 2018, they married. Jeremy and LaToya are the proud parents of Emoni, Mekhi, Naima and Laila. While Jeremy loved all his children, he enjoyed a very special relationship with his first-born, Emoni. The two were inseparable. Jeremy enjoyed working on car audio systems, building computers and mentoring kids. He loved kids, spending quality time with his family, and always sharing his knowledge with others. Jeremy is predeceased by his maternal grandparents Reuben Haye and Ive Burgos; paternal grandfather Percy L. Lee, Sr.; aunts Brenda Lee and Debbie Lawrence. His memory will be forever cherished by his wife Latoya; children Emoni, Mekhi, Naima, and Laila; parents Percy and Marilyn, brother Justin, sisters Jessica Lee and Chanttelle Lindsey; grandmother Jessie Lee, along with his very dear best friend Jeremy Bowman and a host of family and friends.
