Jerene Virginia Simmons' Obituary
Born August 20, 1914 in Kansas City, Missouri. Passed away December 3, 2007 at home in Dallas, Texas. Survived by one daughter, Orene Reed; two sons, Ken Simmons, and Ron Simmons and his wife, Carolyn; four grandchildren, Karen Nollan, Dee Ann Nollan, Melissa Burzette, and Amy Staples; and six great-grandchildren. She retired from the Bridwell Theological Library at S.M.U. in 1974. Services will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2007 at 3:30PM at Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Whispering Waters in Restland Cemetery. Pallbearers will be The Rowlett Fire Department.
